Turning last seasons apple cider into honey wine. The cyser ferments for 6 weeks before reaching and aging for a year.
Kimchi season has arrived! Cubing up some of our beautiful napa cabbage to ferment and add to our farm stand offerings in a few weeks.
Our fridge stocked up with an array of delicious creations sourced from our farm ready to serve hungry customers at @unitedfarmersmarketofmaine every Saturday!
We are gearing up for the @unitedfarmersmarketofmaine in Belfast. The market is open from 9-2pm! Lots of produce, seedlings, and prepared food. Hope to see you there.
We are making good use of our newly licensed kitchen, making lots of goodies for the farm stand and Saturday’s @unitedfarmersmarketofmaine. Here’s a fresh batch of pesto with radish tops, pea shoots, and lamb’s quarter!
